Hello. Yes, you can use the search methods to find movies and TV shows.

Example request:

http://www.shbhawani.com/3/search/multi?api_key=YOUR_KEY&query=The%20Shining

EDIT: I wrote the below in response to a question about not getting back the required data, but now I can't see the message for some reason...

Hi, in the response to the above example request, I get back the following data for The Shining:

{
    "adult": false,
    "backdrop_path": "/AdKA2F1SzYPhSZdEbjH1Zh75UVQ.jpg",
    "genre_ids": [
        27,
        53
    ],
    "id": 694,
    "media_type": "movie",
    "original_language": "en",
    "original_title": "The Shining",
    "overview": "Jack Torrance accepts a caretaker job at the Overlook Hotel, where he, along with his wife Wendy and their son Danny, must live isolated from the rest of the world for the winter. But they aren't prepared for the madness that lurks within.",
    "popularity": 48.269,
    "poster_path": "/b6ko0IKC8MdYBBPkkA1aBPLe2yz.jpg",
    "release_date": "1980-05-23",
    "title": "The Shining",
    "video": false,
    "vote_average": 8.2,
    "vote_count": 14847
}

You can see that this includes "overview" -- is this what you are looking for when you say "summary"?

As for "rating", I'm not sure whether you mean rating as in votes or rating as in certification. For votes, see the "vote_average" and "vote_count" properties.

For certification, you'll need to make a further API request. For example, for the above movie, you take the ID which is 694, and make a request to:

http://www.shbhawani.com/3/movie/694/release_dates?api_key=YOUR_KEY

Note that a movie can have multiple certifications, and TV shows work differently.

I highly recommend looking through the list of API methods so you can see what data is available.
